full day trng again tdy!
ran about 5 rounds (ahaha missed 2 cause of open hse briefing)
did 5 sets of circuit trng, then gymmmmm.
lunch, then water trng! did long dist plus sprinting!
and these makes qianwen a very very tired girl.
ahahahas.

nevermind!! jiayou jiayou qianwen is strong :D
oh and we took pics tdy! HAHAHA of us paddling lah, in prep for open house....not.
we're just camwhoring. LOL esp the guys lah. take so many pics!
