thank god i went t buy counterpain just now.(:
the previous one burst in my bag and i threw it away.
NEVERMIND i've got my lifesaver again!(:
damn effective in relieving muscleaches lah.

when i havent even recovered frm my previous day's muscleaches, i get "new ones".
